Frequently Asked Questions
Where Are You Located?
We are currently holding classes at Studio360 on Tuesdays and at our own location on Thursdays & Saturdays, in the North-East region of San Antonio (off of Nacogdoches Rd).
Can Beginners Join Your Step Classes?
Yes! We welcome all skill levels. Every class begins with low impact, slow movements to get us warmed up, and we will cover any basic movements/information where applicable. As class progresses, we may pick up a little steam though! Please click here for a step-by-step guided video on learning the basics with Phil!
Can I Still Attend If I Didn’t Reserve Online?
You definitely can still attend. We recommend reserving your space online for several reasons:
- You’re guaranteed a space in class. Some of our formats require equipment, so by reserving, you are guaranteed entry.
- As we strive to create the best experience, we also take capacity into consideration. By reserving, you assist us in creating this experience!
- It’s cheaper– the fee for a walk-in participant is a little higher than if you reserved ahead of time online.
- Reserving ahead also allows us to provide you with any important information such as: weather warnings, class adjustments/cancellations, and more. We recommend booking at least 2 hours ahead, as we may be unable to update you if you reserve too close to the class start time.
How Do I Check What Classes I’ve Signed Up For?
We’ve got you covered! If you happen to forget what classes you’ve signed up for, please click here to access the “my account” page. Here, you can view your orders, as well as your class bookings.
What About Refunds?
The short answer is yes, we do offer refunds. Regarding classes, to receive a full refund we ask that you contact us at least 1 hour prior to the class start time. This can be in the form of a phone call (or voicemail if we are unavailable), or email. For more information on our policies, click here.
