The all levels Saturday morning class is a 1hr action packed group session at Dance Life Studio – 10003 NW Military Hwy #1126, San Antonio, TX 78231, where we cover everything from the basics right into those advanced moves! For our beginner focused class, you may use this link.

Xtreme Hip-Hop is a modern rendition of traditional step aerobics created by Phillip Weeden, utilizing predominantly Hip-Hop music, but may feature other genres. This class is open to all levels (Beginner – Advanced). This class also entails segments of Xtreme Burn, an energetic HIIT, non-step format also created by Phil — Lets burn some calories the Xtreme Way!
