Waiver

Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. You agree that by participating in physical exercise or training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk. Any recommendation for changes in diet including the use of food supplements, weight reduction and/or body building enhancement products are entirely your responsibility and you should consult a physician prior to undergoing any dietary or food supplement changes. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death. We are also not responsible for any loss of your personal property. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge Zero-One Fitness LLC, the trainer or instructor from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the trainer or instructor for personal injury or property damage. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence. If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.

Shipping

Please allow 5 – 7 business days for the dispatch and delivery of your order. For backorders, please allow and additional 1 – 2 weeks. Note that estimated shipping and delivery times may be affected by things such as inclement weather, courier delays, etc.

Refunds, Reschedules, and Replacements

  • Classes – To receive a full refund, we ask that you contact us at least 1 hour prior to the class start time. This can be in the form of a phone call (or voicemail if we are unavailable), or email. We understand that there can be circumstances in which you’d be unable to contact us, and so in those instances, they shall be deliberated upon on a case-by-case basis. Please note that you may also reschedule the paid class to a later date that is convenient for you.
  • Products – To initiate a refund, please use the contact us form or email us at [email protected]. For damaged/marked items, we may issue a full refund or exchange the item, free of charge. The refund/replacement will be issued upon receiving the original order. The return grace period begins from the delivery date of the order, and will last 15 for days thereafter.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
