Xtreme Hip-Hop / Xtreme Burn

Xtreme Hip-Hop is a modern rendition of traditional step aerobics created by Phillip Weeden that has since expanded to an international format with over 1,000 instructors world-wide. Xtreme Burn is an energetic HIIT, non-step format also created by Phil — Lets burn some calories the Xtreme Way!

StepUp & Tone

Step Up & Tone is a high-energy, full-body fitness class combining cardio step aerobics with targeted strength training, often set to motivating music. It alternates between step routines using a step board and risers and strength intervals with 2 – 5lb dumbbells or resistance bands to boost endurance, coordination, and muscle tone. Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. It was founded by Colombian dancer and choreographer Beto Pérez in 2001, It currently has 200,000 locations, with 15 million people taking classes weekly, and is located in 180 countries.
